First and foremost we would like to thank you for using our services so far, and we want to let you all know that we are open for business until further advised by the state and federal government.

Migitech’s team is taking an active response to the growing fears around the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), and we would like to reassure our valued customers that we are taking serious, responsible and proactive measures by following official government health guidelines.
Although we are on the premises, to avoid too many customers on one spot, we would like to encourage you to give us a call or send us an email to discuss your glasses/watches that would need a repair and then we would together decide if it would be essential for you to come or you could send us your precious item.

We approach every job seriously. Once it arrives we disinfected it as well as when we put it repaired in the box to be shipped out/couriered.

For our customers who wish to use our no-contact service, we suggest using courier ( or post your item with express overnight trackable Post. When we ship it back to you, we use Express Post with signature on delivery, or (Melbourne for same day repair ) we use

We are also now equipped with the HiTech’s Air Reactor machine on our premises that filters our air and kills bacteria and viruses in the air, and as recently (16/03/2020) proven by British scientist and published in The New England Journal of Medicine ( that it kills over 90% of Coronaviruses.


Our usual high cleanliness and hygiene standards we will be continuing too:

✅ All glasses will be ultrasonically cleaned and adjusted

✅ All watches received or brought to our workshop will continue to be ultrasonically cleaned (depending of the brand and specifications- some only bracelets, or when overhauled movement will be out and the case will be cleaned also)

✅ Hand sanitisers are used often and are also placed in reception area for your convenience.

✅ All technicians will maintain personal hygiene between jobs by washing and sanitizing their hands thoroughly.

✅ All invoices will be emailed as opposed to printed hard copies

✅ Social distancing practices as outlined by the federal authorities.
